Refund policy

Return:

Ameenah products purchased from our retail stores or online store may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date (subject to our Terms of Sale) when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All returned items must be in perfect, saleable condition.

1- Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories, the original receipt, and seal it securely.
2- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs & Cost of Delivery back in case of Exchange .
3- Once received, we will process your refund or exchange as indicated on your returns & exchanges voucher.
4- We aim to complete all returns within 30 days.
5- Customer have the right to exchange & return within 14 days of reciept date , and subjected to our terms of sale and our return & exchange policy and requirements
